From the moment we checked in, the hospitality at JW Marriott blew me away. Every staff member offered warm smiles and genuine conversations. They made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. I enjoyed the complimentary cocktails in the afternoon, a delightful touch. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after my daily outings. Cant forget the pleasant surprise of having a caricature artist on site, such a fun experience! However, not everything was perfect. The valet service was a bit disorganized at times, which was frustrating when I needed my car quickly. There were also a couple of issues with my room's cleanliness. I noticed rust in the bathroom and dust on surfaces that could be improved. On one night, the noise from the street kept me awake, which tarnished an otherwise great stay. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made a significant difference in my experience. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and eager to return, hoping for an even better visit next time.
